Authority to Contract.

The company agrees to allow you to utilize Company’s platform and other services provided by Company for your notary service business, whether conducted in an individual capacity or as business entity. If you are an individual, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, or if an entity, that you are in good standing with the laws of your state allowing you to run this business and that you have full authority to enter into this this agreement.

Services, Fees and Costs.

Company agrees to allow you to utilize its platform to provide notary services to your clients via notaries selected by you if such notaries meet the requirements of notaries in your state and are otherwise approved by Company. Company will bill and collect for such services via Company’s platform and in accordance with fees, costs and terms set forth on the company’s website, including the Company’s Policies and Procedures and Privacy Policy.

Reimbursement for Errors.

You agree to reimburse Company the full amount of any refund made by Company to your customer due to notary error. You further agree to reimburse Company for all transaction fees incurred by Company for processing the transaction and refund. You agree that Company may set off any amounts due for reimbursement against funds due you. Alternatively, at the sole discretion of Company and upon written request, you agree to reimburse Company within 10 days of such request.

Removal.

You agree that Company shall have the right, for any reason, to remove your business or an individual notary associated with your business for any reason.

Compliance with Laws.

You agree that you are solely responsible for assuring compliance that your notaries comply with all applicable laws, the Company’s Policies and Procedures and Privacy Policy, and any other applicable regulations by your notaries. You agree to remove any notary who fails to comply with the above and further agree to notify Company if you become aware of any transaction in which your notary has not complied with applicable laws, the Company’s Policies and Procedures and Privacy Policy, and any other applicable regulations.
